Darin
Founder/CEO
Founded in 2009, Darin has led MCH Builders to becoming one of the leaders in developing class A multifamily in Florida.
Over the past 25 plus years, Darin has successfully completed over $1 Billion worth of ground up development totaling over 10,000 units. His unique stylistic approach created opportunities to work for the industries biggest institutions.
Darin directs the growth and investment strategy for the company while overseeing its development and acquisition activities.
No slowing down in sight, Darin is still taking MCH Builders to new heights.
Kosta
Principal/CIO
With a background in construction, capital markets, and investing, Kosta quickly adapted to the multifamily development business. In 15 years, Kosta has moved up the ranks, developing over 3,600 units of ground up construction totaling over $575M.
Prior to joining our team, Kosta led development for Property Markets Group, on multiple mid and high-rise projects in Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and Orlando, overseeing the entire development process.
He has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. In addition to actively managing our current developments, Kosta spearheads sourcing most of our companies new deals.
Mary
Chief Marketing Officer
Graduating with an MBA from the University of Louisiana Monroe Business School and working as a multifamily developer, Mary has experienced all facets of the industry. Spearheading marketing campaigns that brought on new investors.
